Michael and Robyn bring decades of experience, and a shared passion for hospitality, to Pasta Bowls.

Robyn’s journey in the restaurant industry began at just 13 years old, growing into a lifelong career built on dedication and hands-on experience. She eventually purchased the very restaurant she had spent nearly 20 years working in, successfully ran it, and later sold it, ready to create something new.

Michael, with over 40 years in construction, has played a role in building some of your favorite restaurants along the East Coast. His expertise gave him a unique perspective on what makes a restaurant not only look great, but truly succeed behind the scenes.
Our Story
PASTA BOWLS
The idea for Pasta Bowls was born during their honeymoon in Greece, where they discovered a fresh, customizable dining concept that felt both simple and exciting, yet conceptually rare in the United States. Inspired to bring that experience home and make it their own, they set out to create something special.

Just two months after opening, Pasta Bowls gained national attention when MTV’s hit show Jersey Shore filmed an episode at the restaurant, quickly turning it into a local celebrity hotspot.

But beyond the spotlight, the true foundation of Pasta Bowls is its commitment to quality and its people. Built alongside an incredible team that shares their passion, Robyn and Michael have created a menu that offers something for everyone, perfectly cooked steaks, fresh seafood, classic Italian favorites, handcrafted sandwiches, vibrant salads, and of course, their signature homemade pasta.
